His inspection report included links to government regulations and standards in the inspection process and for the various points for where something specific was not up to code. Greg came out to a home we are considering purchasing and I requested that he be as thorough as possible since we were making a big decision and didn't want any surprises.  He said quite simply, 'i have your back brother' and his actions spoke louder than his words.  He performed the checks, then gave me a walkthrough of all of the results, explaining each piece and the risks that may be involved so that we could make a good decision.  We thanked him for his help and within hours, we already had the final report.  More often than not these days, you wait for things, sometimes for extended periods and need to check in multiple times.  This was not our experience at all with Legendary.  Will definitely use them again. read less
