The last thing one needs is more stress in the process. I made a call. I got an immediate response, and was given an open time slot. Because I was remotely located, I was electronically notified, and payment options were made easy. This is obviously not an exception, but the rule. Well, I decided to travel to the inspection location unbeknownst to the Inspector. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected. The Inspector was already there, and the Inspection was in progress. The Inspector's presentation was professionally unparalleled. The Inspector was intent upon performance. I was amazed at the level of focus and detail. An overview of the findings was given on-site as well verbally and ultimately electronically. The report was generated and sent to me before I made it back to my destination. I would highly recommend their service to those who expect the best! I know that this review is long, but it is truly the summation of my experience. read less

He was very thorough in his inspection of both the exterior of the home and interior, and his inspection report is well-documented and detailed with recommendations for repairs. His inspection report included links to government regulations and standards in the inspection process and for the various points for where something specific was not up to code.
